Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software assets
- Manage, track, and maintain hardware and software asset inventories for laptops, smartphones, and other IT hardware and peripherals
- Ensure overall security of IT assets
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
- Help define IT processes in order to improve department efficiency
- Suggest recommendations to improve the overall IT infrastructure
- Assess and purchase new or replacement hardware where necessary
- On the job training will be provided
- Any other duties as directed by the management
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of macOS and networks will be an added advantage
- Possess strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong ability to prioritise
