About the job:

We are looking for experienced Creative Lead based in the Singapore office. You’ll be joining a young and dynamic team of people coming from seven different countries. English is the working language at the office.

The Creative Lead manages all aspects of the graphic and motion design process for Bitsmedia house of brands (Muslim Pro and Qalbox), from research and ideation to creative conceptualisation and design. He/She collaborates with stakeholders to research and develop cohesive design plans, create concepts, and oversee the development of deliverables and content campaigns.

He/She possesses good collaboration skills, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop creative design solutions that meet business objectives and goals. The ability to delegate and guide in project conceptualisation within the Graphic Design team towards successful adoption of new design ideas is essential for the Creative Lead. He/She possesses a strong mastery of design fundamentals in their own field of specialisation and can generate creative work that meets the requirements of stakeholders in the company. The candidate should have a strong understanding of how digital, social, design and production all work together to support a brand.

The candidate will be a part of the Shared Services team and will be working closely with a team of graphic designers and the Head of Shared Services.


  • Set design standards and provide overall creative direction for Bitsmedia house of brands (Muslim Pro and Qalbox)
  • Ensuring that all work conforms to brand guidelines and fits with brand ethos
  • Establish creative solutions that would attract the brand’s audience and enhance the brand’s image
  • Develop creative strategy and illustrate key messages based on requirements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency of designs across various deliverables
  • Assess and deliver creative needs to the various teams and business stakeholders, managing the budget for design work across the company
  • Increasing product and brand engagement and satisfaction ratings through designing a high quality, brand-led and customer-centric visual experience
  • Be a strong project manager with the ability to provide a timeline to completion for individual projects and projects of junior team members ensure that deadlines are met
  • Contributes to the evolution and improvement of the existing design process
  • Experienced in designing visuals for a range of media including presentations, app content, social media campaigns and external clients using design software
  • Manage localization, production process and creative approvals of creative materials
  • Manage a team of graphic designers, leading and mentoring the junior designers
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends


  • 5 – 8 years of working experience as a hands-on Designer preferably in creative agencies, entertainment/post-production companies or marketing agencies (Graphic Design, Motion Design, or any other relevant Design disciplines)
  • 3 years of relevant industry experience in creative direction or an in-house creative team managing a small to medium sized team
  • Ability to manage a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel, with diverse needs
  • Experience working with Product Marketing, designers, PR and digital marketing to hone messaging
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing and leading effective operational processes
  • Have strong interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high-quality creative work
  • Has a collaborative mindset, strong bias for action and solutions-oriented approach
  • Experienced in designing visuals for a range of media including presentations, app content, social media campaigns and external clients using design software
  • Diploma/Degree in Broadcast Media, Motion Graphics Design, Digital Media Design, Design Communication or any other related field of study that may be advantageous for the applicant.
  • Only Singaporean/ Permanent resident
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as Presentation tools including Google Slides
  • Understanding of various social media/digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.
  • Have an understanding of global and regional nuances
  • Basic knowledge of the mobile apps eco-system is a plus
  • Good command of English, other languages is a plus
