About the job:
As the Business Development Executive at Muslim Pro, the world’s largest Muslim lifestyle app, you will
be responsible for driving the growth and success of the company by identifying, developing, and
executing business development opportunities within the greater global Muslim community. This role
involves fostering strategic partnerships, establishing and maintaining key client relationships, and
maximizing revenue potential.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the greater global Muslim community,
- including mosques, Islamic organizations, halal food providers, and other relevant entities.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to expand the user base of Muslim Pro.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as corporate partners,
religious leaders, community influencers, and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to
inform business development strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to attract
and engage the Muslim Pro user base.
- Attend industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and
build valuable connections.
- Negotiate and finalize business contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual
satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support,
to align business strategies and enhance the user experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to make informed
recommendations for business growth and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and relevant news to
identify potential business opportunities and competitive advantages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management roles.
- In-depth understanding of the Muslim community, its values, needs, and cultural sensitivities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with diverse
stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, Google Docs, and other relevant business
tools.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
- Demonstrated passion for technology and innovation within the greater global Muslim
community is desirable.
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia / Bahasa Malaysia speaker preferred.
